Hello everyone, My name is Susan, I am 43, have a wonderful boyfriend and two kids of my own and my niece staying with us for the school year. I am tired of being over weight and decided that after I quit smoking Oct. 1, 2011 and gained 70 lbs. in 5 months that it is time to take back my life and get back to a healthy weight and the body I once had. I am not only doing these challenges for myself but for my family and have joined my sister here for some fun ways to get in shape. I am also going to the gym, increasing my walking and totally changing my eating habits for which I am making my family do it to. It is good for them and cause MOM said so. LOL. I hope to look and feel like a brand new person by next summer and rock me a bikini which I haven't been able to do in years. Have fun and stay focused Goal: drop 100 pounds down 10 already

just to much wasted time posting
Hi, I was wasting to much time posting stuff here that I could be walking. Sorry, see ya. I do like the calorie counter helped me a lot and will continue to use it as needed. TY

I'm not going to post to my exercise anymore
This site has way to much stuff to post. I find myself on here to much filling out this and filling out that. When I could be walking or doing something else that does not require me to sit at my computer more then I already have to in my office. TY and sorry. And the challenges cycle at the worst time for me like 9:30 pm making it really hard to post for challenges.

just a question
Hi, this is my question and its probably silly. On the two challenges 10% weight loss and no sugar no sweets, how does the natural sugars in fruits and veggies calculate into these challenges? What sugars are we taking about here, challenge starts in 2 days.
