This is the crap I hate. Stuck to the diet perfectly, but didn't drink enough water for ONE DAY, and I go up 3 pounds. I hate my body.

It would help if they had things like "beating the dogs" or "arguing with teenagers" or "standing there watching to see if your 92 year old father will make it to the chair without falling down, or not" as exercises I could enter. I would look much more active! I keep eating correctly, which is to say that I am staying within my self-designated RDI of calories. However, the weight loss has already slowed significantly. Telling myself I'm just filling up with water, and it, too, will disperse eventually. Hope nobody notices that a third of my caloric consumption comes from wine. Hah!
