Shout out. I know this sounds stupid, but people support my weight entries, but I don't know where to go to support theirs. I feel like I'm being rude! I support the journal entries and food pictures because they pop up right away, but I don't see any weight entries. Directions please!

I eat this salad everyday for lunch. Butter lettuce with a little red leaf lettuce, green onions, cilantro, 1/4 cup corn and peas combined, 2g shredded carrots, 10 cherry tomatoes of different varieties, 1/2 avacado, 4oz marinated and barbecued chicken breast diced, 2 tblspns low fat dressing, and lots of fresh cracked pepper. I have everything prepped beforehand except the tomatoes and avacado. I marinate and grill the chicken breasts ahead of time, dice them, save in baggies of 4oz each and freeze. I buy the lettuce in a bag, the shredded carrots already shredded in a bag. I chop the green onions for the week and keep them in a tupperware. Buy frozen peas and corn and put a small portion in a tupperware to keep in the frig--so they're not frozen when they go on the salad. Keep a bag of fresh cilantro in the frig and pull off the leaves each day for the salad. I know: TMI! HAHA!
