About Me:
My diet roller coaster started with my highest weight just over 250 pounds. I hit ONEderland for the first time around October of 2016, but quickly jumped back in the low 200s a month after that. I go through cycles of binge eating following by remorse and diet changes. This cycle has GOT to end! I'm ready for a change.

I am currently hovering around 195 pounds. Eventually I want to be around 140, but I'll reevaluate when I get there.

Why I Want to Get in Shape:
I want to get in shape so I am not restricted in what activities I participate in.
I want to be able to go clothes shopping and not worry that I won't find clothes in my size!
I want to look my best and feel my best!
I want to run a 5K at least once in my life.

My Inspirations:
My mother - She taught me to reach for the stars.
My brother - RIP He taught me to never give up.
My boyfriend - He loves me no matter my size and just wants me to be happy!

Help
Once you find the recipe you like, click on it. On the upper left hand side under the picture you should see a link that says "Add to my cookbook". I have been adding recipes this way so I can reference them later. You can also add foods you put in your cookbook to your food diary. I hope this helps.
