I'm a 35 year old mother of three who struggled with my weight on and off since childhood.
When younger i had anorexia, and then when i got pregnant the first time the doctors found out that i had something wrong with my metabolism. So i gained 52 kilos that time, then i got pregnant with twins and same thing happened again, this time i gained 70 kilos.
I managed to loose some of it over the years, but still have about 25 kilos to loose (55lbs).
I also have a bad way around food, i tend to use it as comfort as soon as something bad happens around me, and i know i need to work on this.

The biggest issue for me is that everytime i decide to loose the weight and do something about it, i tend to go back to my old ways of thinking quite quick, and i end up with an anorectic way of seeing everything. And every time that happens i have to stop my diet.

But now found fatsecret and have the app on my phone, i'm not counting any calories or what i eat at all as i'm on LCHF diet. I eat when i'm hungry until i'm full. Simple as.
But everything i eat have 5g calories or less per 100g product.

So this time is actually the time i'm going to fix this!!!

Help please, Cross-trainer (or elliptical trainer)
I have a cross trainer standing here at home that i thought i was going to start using.
But i don't know what to put it down as when i enter the exersice in my journal??

I have 6 different levels, and i use the "Fat Burning" one of them.
And i'm so totally out of shape that i can only last for about 10-20 minutes on it.

Is it "Exercise Machine"??
And if that is the case what speed should i use??
Fast, Moderate or Slow??

Hoping that someone can help me out Smile
