I don't record water or tea (herbal) amounts in my food diary. Should I be doing that?
I have no way of changing the amounts in my food, but the big salad I made last night I could not finish. A lot of the chicken was eaten by my girl. although I can not change what is in my diary, I am pleased that I stopped and did not eat it just because it was in front of me :)

I am new here and as I see posts I get so confused. Why do people change the data on the nutrients of the food they eat? I got really excited, although skeptical that Jimmy Dean fully cooked sausage links had no sodium. Then I go and look, since if that were true, I was jumping in the car!!!! and there are 420mg of sodium (1/3 of recommended) in just 2 links. Are people fooling themselves?
