I am first and foremost a wife. I have not worked in 2.5 years, but when I did and hopefully do again, I am a Clinical Research Coordinator.

My greatest passion in life is Animal Rescue. I volunteer, donate to, fund raise for, transport dogs and puppies to safety, scoop poo, you name it I do it for German Shepherd Rescue of Central FL. I ended up with this rescue over several others because of the President and founder. She goes above and beyond what 90% of rescues do. She takes the seniors, the sick (physical and emotional. She provides high quality grain free food and free feeding, meaning there are always large tubs of food in multiple locations. She does not kennel her dogs. She has multiple open packs with 1 acre play yards where they can dog and play and just be dogs. They all have access to areas of the house with heat and air conditioning. She rescues breeds other than Shepherds. She also rescues horses, mules, donkeys, and goats. The rescue also has alpacas. there fur is what makes cashmere. If anyone wants to see it, web site is www.garfl.org and facebook (lots of pictures) German Shepherd Rescue of Central Florida.

Can you see what I mean, I am passionate about this. I could talk and talk for hours.

you can purchase test strips to see what level your keytones are at. They are pretty cheap.

Also I noticed that your legs are crossed so it does not seem paralysis is why you are bed ridden so move those legs. If I am wrong, then get someone else to do it. every movement burns calories.

Disabled and Trapped in a Fat Suit! Advice?
http://healthyeating.sfgate.com/fda-recommended-sodium-intake-1873.html

some days you do well in this, if all food is entered, but like me if sodium count is down so is calorie. You have to consume a minimum amount of calories. then there is the maximum amount and most days you seriously exceed this. You food choices are pretty bad. if you yo-yo your calorie intake, your sodium intake you are going no where.

If you are serious about losing the weight then get your head in the game. If you are just waiting for surgery approval and really don't want to lose weight naturally then you will continue on the current path, as losing weight naturally may cause a denial, but just so you know, it normally gets you what you are wanting, as they see that you are making good choices now and therefore will make them after the surgery. By pass is not all it is cracked up to be, as it does not take much to reverse the process.
