ANOTHER snow day is really taking its toll on the diet. Was great with my fruit and protein smoothie for breakfast and lentil soup for lunch. Then my husband and daughter leave for a couple of hours and I am scouring the cupboard. Just a little damage, a few ginger snaps and an ounce of cheese - but felt horrible.
Sooo, broke down and took two "start my diet" selfies today and emailed them to myself. Hoping I can refer to them throughout the day for motivation (they are gross). Need to get back to work tomorrow.
Ended the day drinking water...32 oz since dinner.

Locked out of my office at work this morning so couldn't get to my smoothie. Ate out of the vending machine - apple and cheese/crackers was not the best choice. A co-worker's daughter walked around with donuts so I chose the smallest one.
On the plus side - chipotle salad (fave!) for lunch and only ONE piece of pizza for dinner makes me on target for calories today. Stocked up on veggies for the weekend - big storm here so might not get out of the house until Tuesday.

Had to get back to work today so no workout. Planning for Fri Sat and Sunday to catch up for the weekly challenge. Recording all my meals, it's been tight!
