feeling really depressed about my life and my weight issues are not helping. Today I restart my healthy habits for the umpteenth time this yr. I know I can do it. I know I can eat right and bust my big ole' booty at the gym. It's the keeping the weight off I have a problem with. I feel so good when I'm healthy, so why am I depriving myself? For junk food? Not worth it. I need to make a change in my life and I have to start with myself first. When I feel good about myself, career and relationships will fall into place! In the meantime, I just have to keep convincing myself of this! Lol stay positive! Everyday is a new day and full of possibilities...challenges too, but mostly possibilities!

in 6 months, I've gained back all the weight I worked so hard to lose. I'm so embarrassed and disappointed with myself. How long will I play this miserable game!? No more!! Game over!! I'm ready. I've learned from my mistakes and shortcomings. I'm ready to be healthy!
