I've been gone for a little while. Nowhere special just been busy with school and family so I haven't gotten the chance to come on much. I am happy to say that I've continued with the diet and have lost another 1.5 pounds!! That's with Atkins shakes and Atkins bars too. I've just learned how to use them better (As a meal or snack instead of as my drink with a meal, lol). And I limit them to only 2 or 3 a week. I've been really missing FS though....I enjoyed coming on and writing in my journal everyday and reading journals and getting tips and info. I'm going to make it an effort to come on everyday even if it is just late at night....I've got a notebook full of all the foods I ate while I was away from FS and I have to input it into the diet calendar. I know I stayed under 20NC because I've been eating the same things I always eat so I've memorized their carb counts, which is nice. Anyway just wanted to drop a few lines to say I haven't given up and I'm excited for next week because hopefully I will be in the 160s and can say goodbye forever to the 170s!!

So I figured out the reason for the stall and am happy to say that I broke through it! Lost 3.5 lbs this week and am so excited to be back on track. My mini goal was to be 170 lbs by today but I'm more than ok with 172.5. That's a total of 22.5 lbs lost since I started Atkins two months ago to this very day! The Atkins products were the stall and now I know how to use them properly. Yesterday I had one as a meal replacement for lunch since I didn't get a chance to eat anything. That will be my only one for the week (hopefully).

So today I am getting my hair done, getting all dolled up and going to take pictures with my family. I hope they come out great. This will be our first professional pictures and I'm nervous. Plus I have a huge-mungo pimple on my chin that decided to come out yesterday. Just in time! Hope I can cover it up with make-up. We also have a dinner party tonight with dancing after and the girls are going to stay with my mother-in-law. My eldest will be fine but I am soooo worried about my baby. She is so attached to me and I'm nervous she will be crying the whole time. I guess we'll just have to give it a shot and if she is inconsolable we'll leave.....Hope all goes well. Wish me luck!

Ok, so I woke up this morning and the first thing I did was weigh myself, yes I know I'm not supposed to be weighing myself everyday but I'm anxious. So I closed my eyes, stepped on the scale, said a quick prayer, opened one eye, then opened the other, then opened my mouth in shock when I saw that I had lost 2 lbs. TWO POUNDS!!!!!! I am not going to record this until Sunday because I don't want to get my hopes up but I am so excited, I hope it's for real. This week I cut out all Atkins products and drank only water in order to see if the Atkins products were stalling me and if this two pound weight loss is for real and not just a figment of my imagination then I know what the reason is and I can stop freaking out. I weighed myself like 10 times just to make sure it wasn't a fluke. I even put my daughter on the scale three times just to make sure the scale wasn't playing a cruel joke on me. I'm praying that Sunday comes and those two beautiful pounds are gone and this so called stall is O-V-E-R. Ok, let me stop....

Here's the menu for today. For breakfast I had the same exact thing as yesterday. Two slices of bacon, one brown egg, and a serving of shredded mozzarella along with two cups of water. For lunch I ate the same thing as yesterday (don't want to jeopardize those 2 pounds), which was tuna salad, with baby spinach, a serving of mozzarella, a slice of onion and two cups of water. I did change it up for dinner with a Mexican Meatloaf which consisted of ground beef, celery, red bell pepper, onion, taco seasoning, egg, cheddar cheese and sour cream. That was sooooo good. Definitely a keeper........My NC for the day was around 13 NC.......
