Measuring Water Intake
I recently started to put mine in the snack section as well. Then I can be sure instead of guessing. Most days I can totally keep track of it in my head, but other days....not so much. I just have to get in the habit of remebering to put it in my snacks.

What or should you eat before you exercise?
I am NOT a morning person, so when I exercise in the morning I drink a Jillian Michaels drink on the way to the gym. It's easy and there is no prep (I need to be able to just get up, get dressed and get the heck out the door). It's got a few more carbs than I'd like, but the protien is good and since I'm working out, I'm figuring that I'm burning those carbs up (at least I hope I am). My situation is a little different bc I had weight loss surgery so post workout (about 2.5 hours post workout) I'll have a Greek yogurt and I'm good to go until lunchtime. Plus, I am drinking my water throughout the workout and the drive into work.

Gosh, I wish Cracker Barrel would post their nutritional information
When I go to the Barrel I get the Chicken & Dumplings with 2 sides of green beans. I eat all the chicken and limit my number of dumplings.

Hair Loss
I had weight loss surgery in May and just started losing my hair. They told me to anticipate this. I'm not sure why it happens but I have been consistently been assured that it will stop. I make sure to get my protein in (goal is 60 gms/day, more if I work out). I also take biotin. I had NEVER heard of biotin before but my regular doctor also said that this will help the hair that grows back to be stronger. Obviously, I'm not going to recommend that you take anything without talking to a professional first, but at least you can ask if biotin is a good option for you. I'm very ready for this phase to be done bc I'm sick of shedding.

water ealking & water calisthenics
Does anyone have any information about calories burned etc. for water walking or for water exercise classes??? I do a water walking routine that is 1 mile long, works my whole body and takes between 50-60 minutes. I don't know how to enter it on my exercise diary. Also, I often participate in water cardio and a "core in the water" class that is HARD! I can't enter them in the exercise diary unless I know the calories burned and all that jazz and I truly have no idea.

Suggestions?
