Hi ! I'm Dina this is my first post here.
I've joined at first to count my calories professionally but after reading your posts I'd like to share my own story...
I'm 22 year old girl who suffered from my body weight my whole life, my family was making fun of me all the time, even my friends..
I've never tried on a new outfit without feeling ashamed of myself, I've never felt like myself, I hated myself for so long...
One day after Late a whole large Pizza by myself
I weighted myself I have found out that I'm 73 kg...
I said to myself I should stop this... not for the bully but for myself.
the journey has started from here...
I've stopped eating for 3 days, and I've made myself a plan
I've quit: white sugar,white flour, complex carbs, processed food, dairy (except milk and yoghourt)
I started to make my own meals i've never eaten white bread since then.
lemons, ginger, cinnamon and peppermint is my best friends all along
I have tried to eat proteins as much as possible and i've quit red meet.
my dinner was always 0% fat yoghourt and a lemon ( that helped me to reduce belly fat)
i drink a mixture between lemons, ginger, cinnamon and peppermint with hot water
i don't eat after 7.
i quit soda.
i don't eat anything that is fried or cooked with oils (except olive oil)
i use fresh basil and cinnamon as spices for chicken.
( every once in a while i enjoy myself with a greasy burger or a pizza )
(i eat chocolate whenever i like but small portions) *guilty pleasure*
after a year i didn't only lose 22 kg but i felt more active, my skin became softer and more clear, i don't feel tired like i used to be my nails actually started to grow faster.
I felt satisfied for the first time of my life...
I was 73 now I'm 51
