Okay, its important to note that last night I had a leeeeettle bit of a meltdown and overate after dinner even though I wasn't hungry. I was feeling really anxious and depressed and very much on edge. So I ate. JOY. Hence, the snacks.

Atkins is over. That was awful! I was so mood-swingy and unhappy.

1500/day with exercise is my new plan. Gonna document food every day still.
