AARGH! The Score: Cheese: 1 ~ Diet: 0 & Halftime show: TOO many veggie carbs?

Got killed today by pasteurized cheese... did not realize the net carb count would be so high!
Threw it into Fatsecret and BLAMMO!
I won't be making THAT mistake again!
I also had too many vegetable carbs, I guess. I had a can of water chestnuts (liquid drained) and added a bag of sugar snap peas, because according to the math on the bag that should have been like 15 net carbs and instead it was almost 19! Fatsecret 2nd BLAMMO!
These two mistakes put my numbers for the day at:
Fat(g).......Carbs(g).....Fiber(g)......Net C(g).....Prot(g).......KCals
100.39.......65.21.........34.9..........32.31.... .....147.30.......1802
If I take out all the cheese and excess veggie carbs I am just above 20 carbs/day.
2 carbs- atkins PB choc bar (I was dying between breakfast and lunch)
3 carbs- atkins cookies & cream bar (I was dying after dinner)
2 carbs- sausage patties
13 carbs- water chestnuts
2 carbs- saute sauce for veggies & chicken for dinner
6 carbs- stupid pasteurized cheese
6 carbs- snap peas
How terribly am I doing here?
I'm finding 20 net carbs very hard to realistically maintain.
Is 22 net carbs really so bad?
How bad was it to have the extra veggie carbs?
