Goodness what a month. 12 days vacation in CA, 2 days Chicago, 12 days Tampa. I gained only 1 pound. Amazing. I did keep walking which I think helped. I am looking forward to getting these next 8 pounds off.

Tough week with the exercise and eating right. After being stalked this past Tuesday I had to put my kitty Miss Molly down. She was a wonderful friend and pet of 15 years.

A couple of bad days. I was stalked Friday and ate instead of talking about it. Back on track today.
