Taking a day of excercise today will get back tomorrow. Starting last week of the lose 10lbs by April challange and have already lost more than 10 so wopoooo for me!! lol got to keep it up!!

Ok new week i need to make it a good one! have had a naughty week and ate things that i maybe shoudlnt have ok i definitely shoudlnt have!! still a small loss but also felt more bloated again. So nice walk tis morning even tho its gonna be freeezing!!!

It was mothers day today!! which meant dinner at mothers!! which consisted off soup lasange and gateuax!! dont even want to try and work out how many points i ate today although i had only used onne before going out so i will leave diary blackish today i think and just accept the consequences!

man i feel really horrible today and mad at myself!! was craving donner kebab so got one!! had half donner and half chicken with salad and sauce!! think i just mucked up my weight loss if any this week by just eating this one kebab although i had loads of points left to eat i just felt sick afterwards so coudlnt eat any more. Have woke up this morning still feeling yuck so gonna try do some excercise and hope this helps. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!! happy mothers day all you wonderful mothers!! xx
