Yay! I may have only lost 1/2 pound today but the important thing is that the ketone stick turned pink/purple. . . . Only 3 days and I'm throwing ketones! That's what I'm talking about. YES! As long as it is pink, I'm peeing fat. And peeing fat is what it is all about. Had a few leg cramps and the toes are going every which way. Potassium and salt was on the menu for tonight cause the cramps are not fun. Can't wait to see the scales in the morning. I bet I'm back to where I left off in no time flat.

Not too bad at all. I have gained 4 pounds by being off the diet for a week. I ate anything that I wanted to eat when I went to New Orleans for the weekend and then the next work week. I have already started the bathroom trot and only been back on Atkins for a day. I guess my body is pretty used to no carbs. Actually it seems to work a lot better without them. All parts are working properly and high energy levels. Must get back on the vitamins though and the water intake. This time around, I will incorperate a regular excersize routine. Plan to get this old body into a better shape to live life to the fullest.

I have been off the diet for a week because I thought I would be out of town. I didn't bother to weigh while I was off but started again today. I will weigh in in the morning so I won't be too upset with myself for the water gain that I'm sure I will have. It's time to get serious again and loose the next 20 pounds. I can't wait to get under 200! I'm taking 20 pound goals but understand that I have a lot more than 20 overall to loose. I am so determined that I will get down to a healthy size this year. I am getting too old to be this heavy!
