Not too bad at all. I have gained 4 pounds by being off the diet for a week. I ate anything that I wanted to eat when I went to New Orleans for the weekend and then the next work week. I have already started the bathroom trot and only been back on Atkins for a day. I guess my body is pretty used to no carbs. Actually it seems to work a lot better without them. All parts are working properly and high energy levels. Must get back on the vitamins though and the water intake. This time around, I will incorperate a regular excersize routine. Plan to get this old body into a better shape to live life to the fullest.
