So this week I finally stepped up to the plate and called myself out. I know I am happier when I feel good about myself and to be there I need to be in a healthy place. That of course entails eating right and getting active again. Well one step at a time. I am toying with the Keto lifestyle- prior times I have been in the healthy body/mind state I was eating a diet similar to Keto.... essentially clean eating....so if it worked before why not do it again with twist? It’s the morning of day four.....

I have fallen off the wagon yet again. Can't seem to get into a routine of eating clean and exercising. Work is killing me - i am exhausted when I get home and I only want to lie down and eat. Well let's try this again - my goal this week is to eat clean and make it to the gym at least 4 times.

Arghh.... up a pound but I guess that's what happens when you eat salty food ( that sauerkraut yesterday and fried fish) - oh well. Drink lots of water and stay away from those yummy tidbits! Made it in to the gym at zero dark thirty- early but I get the whole place to myself so I can 'play' with those exercises I won't do in public. Let's see if I can stay with the program.

well as usual i missed wednesday workout. super tired thursday so did not go in the morning but guilted myself into the afternoon - glad i went. hope i can do the same today because of course i did not sleep last night and then was tired when i got up - just in time to go to work. well lets see.

Why is it that the middle of the work week I am so tired? It's only been 2 days!! No morning trek to the gym.
