Cleansing with DR Katy. I am so pleased with the results of this cleanse. Because it's a body cleanse and not a diet it seems easier, albet not easy to turn down the foods that I choose not to eat while on the cleansing diet. Today will be another one of those days. I'ts the 100k lunch and I have to go since I am the facilitator. I hope it's gross food. :)

Last week there were two days that I had to obstain from. We had a lunch with Tom Weber (big boss) and it was barbeque beef and chips and those amazing 7 layer bars with coconut. I took two bags of chips and two bars and stashed them in my bottom drawer for after the cleanse. but today when I got on the scale, what a reward! the other was a potluck for Tina's last day, not as difficult because I now know that much of the food that is brought to potlucks is mostly processed or from the deli which I know to be sub standard and benith my standards.... Ok, I'm a food snob, but if it gets me the results I got today I'm ok with that.
