Woke up today absolutely ravenous. Decided to skip coconut oil and my morning gym session. Had a cheese fest instead. Will hit the gym this afternoon. A bit of a change up today!

Craziest thing happened. I know I went out of Ketosis last night. For sure I did. This morning at the gym everything was fine, busting my butt. Then my body seized up. I dropped to the floor. 2 Minutes later, a puke fest. I hit the carbohydrate wall. I thought I was done and on my way home. I decided to wait it out and walk on the treadmill. 20 minutes later I decided I would try spin. Got into spin, and BAM must have been back in ketosis. I have never in my entire life had such an amount of ENDLESS energy. That was the most intense and hardcore workout of my entire life. If this is ketosis, I never ever ever want to go out of it again.

I am officially in ketosis. I have an awful taste of metal in my mouth and I hope it goes away soon because I can't stand it. I feel zonked and like I am in a coma when I wake up, but when I get moving things are all good. Food tastes better than I ever thought it could. Like it should.
Back to the gym tomorrow, my back is feeling much better. I hope this rest week has given my muscles some time to recuperate. Looking to do a nice and steady weight routine tomorrow, focusing on form. Then looking to do a fat blast with some hills.
Staying on the coconut oil for the intermittent fast portion of my morning. Going to add a bit more coconut oil than today to prepare for the fat blast at the gym.
Got the sodium under control for the day. Things have gotten a bit over the top over the past couple of days and I would like to make sure it stays under 2,000.

When I was younger I herniated two disks in my back. Sometime this week I aggravated the lower disk. This week will now be a light week of exercise so my body can recover. Doing more cardio than weights. I am also on my way to ketosis.Shooting for a maximum of 20-25 net carbs each day. Today puts me into the third day of 20-25 net carbs. If all goes well, next week will be limited to a 15- 20 net carb max. I am going to rid my body of all of it's carbohydrate stores, and turn it into a fat burning machine.
