Oh God it's too hot I'm not one to complain about the weather I live for this love the feel of the hot sunshine on my skin and much prefer heat to cold but my goodness I think I might be about to spontaneously combust 😮 sorry not food/diet or fitness related but this heeeaaaat!

First attempt at eggs benedict. Hollonaise sauce could have been a bit thicker though but next time ay. Was a little on the naughty side as used butter but next time now ive tasted the original recipe will use greek yoghurt waa verrry enjoyable still!

Feeling quite accomplished today. Day 1 of the 6 weeks holiday and I've managed to get my oldest daughter (8) who is not a fruity at all eating ready break with banana and blackberries and loving it and a blueberry smoothy that I quote "might nearly even by as good as chocolate" I'm sorry but that statement alone has won it for me today 😎 mama rules 😉
