Well in middle school i reached a peak of 200 pounds at a height of around 5'5-5'7.(from 6th to 8th grade). I always felt people had been judging me on my weight since i felt everyone was skinnier than me. I just accepted it until i went into high school, i started eating a tremendously smaller amount of food around 500-1000 calories a day. Note.. this wasn't you're typical healthy food, no, it was full on junk food 24/7. Because it was so much junk food i practically starved myself to lose weight, resulting in me being extremely weak and unhealthy. Though since i ate so little i still lost weight slowly within 2 years. I dropped to about 180 pounds.

Now I'm a junior in high school and I've dropped my weight from 176 to 162 in 3 weeks through:
1.Healthy Foods(Limited amount of cheat meals).
2.Started using the IF(intermittent Fasting) plan almost everyday...Check it out its really useful without any big changes to your regular day.
3. 3+ cardio days every week.
4.Regular cold showers (4times a week).They help a lot with fat burning.Research them.
5. LOTS of water.

Dont stress over having to stick to a few foods while dieting or eating extremely clean to get your results. Be creative with your foods, don't eat veggies that you don't like; their are plenty out there you will enjoy eating, and each veggie has a lot of nutrients and benefits toward your body. And finally its ok to have a cheat meal as long as its not 400+ calories. Just eat a small snack of cereal or some chocolate and you will see that your craving will go away.
