Need Help.
i don't get how you eat five times a day and only consume 900 calories. sounds like you should get yourself a grill and start cooking. stop looking at calories and just focus on net carbs.
grilled salmon salad
grilled chicken salad
grilled pork tenderloin salad
baby lettuce, pear tomatoes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, goat cheese, green onions
mix it up and do something different every day. make enough protien for lunch the next day.
julian bakery's amazing sourdough http://www.julianbakery.com/bread-product/amazing-sourdough/ with plenty of butter.
hard cooked eggs
egg salad

fatsecret is right? about carb count?

When you input it into your diet calendar it will automatically deduct the fiber and sugar alcohols, if you have your account set up for net carb count. It will then show 2 net carbs on your diet calendar.

if you look at the carb count for an atkins chocolate peanut butter bar fs gives it 22 carbs. it does not give you a true net carb count
