Not sure how real this is, seeing as my other weigh ins were at random times during the afternoon, and I can't realistically have dropped 4 lbs in one day of dieting, but this feels good and I want to remember this good feeling, so here it is. Now to just keep it up.

Today, my husband wanted Taco Bell for lunch. I had just gotten off work, didn't feel like cooking for me and stopping for him, so I caved. Not a great start to a diet, but then I remembered seeing a list of restaurants on the fat secret app and was able to adjust my usual meal (chalupas x2 740 cals + soft taco 190 cals + Baja blast 300 calories = 1230 YIKES) to a cantina power burrito (460 cals) and a soft taco (190 cals)= 650 cals. Drank a big glass of water, skipping the soda completely, and realized that even if this was "caving" it could have been much worse. Just keep swimming, improving, etc.

I wasn't originally going to put today's food in this journal. I consumed 2266 calories in 3 meals. Not great for the weight loss if I do say so myself. I was going to start fresh and clean after I went to the grocery store tomorrow and started my "for real" diet changes. But I wanted this here anyway so I could remember what got me to this point, and to recognize that dinner alone is nearly all the calories I want to consume in a day from this point on.
This "last supper" from Arby's will hopefully be the last for a while.
