Today, my husband wanted Taco Bell for lunch. I had just gotten off work, didn't feel like cooking for me and stopping for him, so I caved. Not a great start to a diet, but then I remembered seeing a list of restaurants on the fat secret app and was able to adjust my usual meal (chalupas x2 740 cals + soft taco 190 cals + Baja blast 300 calories = 1230 YIKES) to a cantina power burrito (460 cals) and a soft taco (190 cals)= 650 cals. Drank a big glass of water, skipping the soda completely, and realized that even if this was "caving" it could have been much worse. Just keep swimming, improving, etc.

I get two chicken fajitas "al fresco". You can eat out and still stay on plan. You just have to learn how to make healthy choices. Great job on adjusting your meal. You have to live while losing.
