creativity on a 1200 cal diet?
I don't think you can or should only eat veggies, but I happen to love them, but I think at some point you may get bored...SO, here is a recipe you can try if you want...its really good and reheats well. You need Boneless Chicken Breast, zuccini, yellow squash, mushroom, onion, bell pepper, can of stewed tomatoes and a bag of Extra-Wide Egg Noodles.

Cut the zuccini & squash into large bite chucks, dice your onions, slice the mushrooms, and you can cut the pepper however you want.

In a pan, put some Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) and begin to sautee the veggies...add some Black Pepper (Fresh Cracked is best, but not required)and a little bit of Lawry's Season Salt...

After the veggies sautee for a few minutes, you'll notice the onions are about half way done...add the chicken breast, just clear some space and add them in...sear on both sides and then add a can of Stewed Tomatoes and let the whole pan simmer with a lid until the chicken has cooked completely...shouldn't take more than about 10-15 minutes.

While this is going on, boil some Extra-Wide Egg Noodles...when they are done, drain the water, put a bed of noodles on your plate, put some veggies over top of the noodles, add a chicken breast and wah-lah, you have a very tasty and healthy dish. AND, as I said...it reheats very nicely.

This recipe can be altered, take away whatever vegetable you don't like, add in something else...season to your taste, but it's really very good. I like to cut my vegetables thicker and cook to a point where they still have a bit of a crunch when I eat them...but everyone has their own preference...either way, ENJOY!!

Power 90 work out
Jillian Michaels, P90X...whatever you choose it doesn't matter - just choose something and do it. If you do the P90 you'll notice that they tell you to work at the pace YOU are comfortable with, take breaks when you need them and then jump back in...it's totally ok to start slow and build yourself up as long as you START. Even if you only do ONE push up, it's one more than you were doing yesterday and by next week you may be doing three, and by then end of the month...TEN and so on and so on...you'll be sore at first, but keep hydrated, stretch out and stick with it...the pay off is so worth it, Good Luck!!

30 DAY SHRED BY JILLIAN MICHAELS ... DOES IT WORK?
I have the DVD as well, I also have the P90X workouts...with regard to the Jillian Michaels workouts, I'll say this; if you already have a fitness routine, don't assume you are fit enough to simply skip level 1 and jump right to level 2 or 3, the workouts are work if you put the effort into them and you will see results if you stick with it. I mix everything up...DVD's, outdoor walking/running, going to the gym when I can (admittedly though, I haven't been to the gym in a LONG time) and adding to it a sensible diet and proper rest. Sounds like you're starting with a great plan...keep it up, it's super easy to want to skip a day or even quit, there is nothing wrong with starting slow and building yourself up in a slow, steady fashion.
