I think that one thing this diet has taught me (specifically the calorie counting), is to be very aware of everything I eat.
My snacking has almost disappeared entirely, now that the hassle of counting the snack's calories and knocking it off my daily total are a bit more effort than the old way, which was to just grab and eat.
