Christmas in Puerto Vallarta. I was told about the trip in March or April. I had plenty of time to lose a decent amount of weight. But, I procrastinated. So, here I am again with the thought of trying to lose as much weight as possible in four weeks!! Oy.
So, the one thing that I really wanted to do on vacation is not within reach anymore. No ziplining through the canopy tour. I will still go and have a fabulous time, but I will also know that the only person who isnt allowing me to have the time of my life is me (and my procrastination). You cannot procrastinate weight loss and expect to be happy!
We leave on December 20th. I have one month. Let's see what this body can do!!

I would say that we're not going to talk about yesterday ... but it has to be said. I ate 5 Krispy Kreme donuts and two pieces of sausage pizza. So, I did not weigh this morning because I know it will only set me back.
So, what did I do about it. I went to the gym this morning and kicked a$$ and took names. I took my 276ish pound self and I jogged on the treadmill. I did not let the weights intimidate me and I pushed myself to the brink of muscle "failure". I am a strong girl and I am going to lose weight and get lean and a "down" day isnt going to stop me.
