I was getting bored with the treadmill at my gym so yesterday I decided to try the elliptical and I am absolutely in love with this machine. I sweated so much more than on the treadmill and it was easier on my knees.. I am actually getting excited about working out now.

I weighed myself last night and I found that all the weight I had lost I gained backed plus some..I really how detrimental it can be on this weight lost journey if you do not keep a consistent food journal. This week is a fresh start I have joined a gym and hired a Personal Trainer to give me a jump start to my day.

I really struggled these past two weeks with my diet and I stop counting calories and was eating my stress away as usual. I just wish that it was easier. I turn to food whenever I am stressed and I need to find a different outlet or I will never lose this weight.
