It is Thanksgiving weekend in Canada and though it is not as big a holiday in Canada as it is for our southern neighbors it is still a time to reflect and be thankful for all the special people you may have in your life.
It is also a time where those of us who strive to lose weight may find challenging.
This weekend we will cook for family as we always do. On the menu will be the usual fare;
Turkey, Ham, Scallop Potatoes, Stuffed Pasta, Corn, mixed veggies, two types of stuffing, broccoli and cheese, asparagus, perogies, two types of cheese cake, and other various dessert.
Now that I'm counting calories and keeping watch over portion size I will bypass the vast majority of these delicious foods opting instead for turkey and some of the veggies leaving more for others to enjoy.

Guess I won't worry too much about the weight loss and focus on inches loss.
Take measurements each week and see how it changes; record 10 areas from neck to ankles putting results on spread sheet; 6" lost total loss so far
