WFH canned soup. Progresso light roast beef 150 calories for the can.

Finally below my starting weight... that I logged in February of 2016. I’ve bounced around the scale the past few years but never got below 205. I’m ready to put some focus into this and see what I can do.

Doing Progresso light soups for lunch. I find myself making a small krab salad later in the afternoon to get me through til dinner.
