Starting over again. My husband of 57 years passed away Dec 3 and I am finding myself eating almost always.
He would wake me every morning with "Good Morning Beautiful, time to get up" Now all I hear in the morning is the alarm. I miss him so much, he was my best friend.

I am not sure how I am losing but I haven't been in the 220's since 2012. I have been taking Shape and burn plus which is a dietary supplement with vitamin b-6 and b-12. It is a naturopathic product. This stimulates my slow metabolism and increases my energy. I am now walking all over my home and I have to use a cane and oxygen. This has been a challenge for me for many years. I am still eating the same as I did before. Keto-paleo.

Really messed up on eating on Thanksgiving and too many leftovers brought home. Grrrr...
My middle sister was even there.This one is only 2 years younger than me.
Questions weren't to bad and Doug and I answered them with ease.

I am hoping I will feel okay for Thanksgiving. We will be having it at our church multi-purpose room as no one has enough room at their homes. I do have to be there as we are having a family talk about what to do if I or their Dad pass away. This was brought to them suddenly when I was in hospital with collapsed lung and covid. They had so many questions to ask and I couldn't answer them. Sorry for the personal stuff but it is on my mind and it seems to be all I can think about. My advocate did awesome while I was there but we missed some items and I am nervous about them.
Better get off or I will be telling you how many times I use the bathroom. lol
