I'm 47 years old (48 in March). I gained 24 pounds when my boyfriend moved in with me in February. I know it is because I adapted to his eating behaviours which are NOT good. I lift with a trainer 4 days a week, walk at least 20 minutes a day, do a bootcamp/tabatta type training once a week and attempt to do yoga once a week. I previously done Zumba - even got my instructor's certificat, but I got burned out on it. My goal is to be healthy and happy - and NOT have to buy new clothes (unless I am going down in size - lol). I would love to be ripped to the point that I could compete if I got up the nerve to do so. I know that is a long way away, but nice to have something to work toward.
