Back on ideal protein and loving the results!!! I have changed my goal to 135 now.

I have never felt better. I'm on the maintenance part of Ideal protein. I have never been happier with a diet. I felt healthy while on the diet. It is definitely costly but worth it in the end.

I was only on the diet for 10 weeks and lost 28 inches and 27 lbs. I am down to the weight I was before I got sick but look much better as I lost all over... including nasty cellulite which I didn't even think was possible.

So I did the Ideal Protein diet... expensive but well worth it. I am down 27 lbs in 9 weeks and am down from 177 to 150. I feel better than I have in a long time. The food is quite good however the diet is very strict and takes a LOT of willpower.

I'm happy with my results, only five more pounds to go to reach my goal weight and I'm hoping when I start working out that will happen.
