Wii Fit
I have the wii... i rarely use my wii fit however, i have all the dance games including the zumba for wii and after a half hour of that i'm sweating like i would on the treadmill after a half hour... and way more fun. I lost 8 inches in one month by adding the the just dance game to my gym routine. I was at a plateau at the gym and needed something to help me get going again.

Feeling Hopeless...
I have been working out for several years now on a regular basis. The first six months I lost 25 pounds. After that another five. I was able to keep it off for about a year then over the last two years I have gained 15 back. I am still at the gym 3 times a week. I usually spend a half an hour on the treadmill or elliptical and I do the fit fix at Goodlife. The last few weeks I have been using my wii doing the Just Sweat option on the Just Dance game and I've been doing it for about half hour forty minutes. Yet I'm still gaining!
I have been at a 1700 calorie per day diet for a bit now and am gaining weight.
I'm 5'6", 30 years old and started working out at 194 lbs. Got down to about 163 and was so happy and it made working out that much better because I was seeing results... eventually I stopped seeing results, no matter what changes I made to my workout routine or diet. I am now back at 175 and am freaking out because I worked so hard to get that weight off and it's creeping back.
I am on a few medications that are known to increase weight gain and am hoping that is not to blame.
Any suggestions??
