I am a 57 year old mother of 1 young adult struggling with the image I see in the mirror. I want to get back to the weight I was before she was born, but that is unlikely, so I want a healthy weight of 125.That means a LOSS of 45 pounds. They indicate it is possible with a no carb diet (30 carbs per day). I am willing, but weak. I did this in 1993-94. Not sure I have the willpower again. I have an enabler in the house now who is a chef with no body fat or food issues.
I am starting for GOOD on February 1st, 2020. Hope the diet plan I paid for pays off.
