Read up and Carbs should be from 20-70grams and 100max, 45% cal from carbs and 65 fat. Sodium under 2300mg.Chol max 300mg

Just started because friend Randy recomended this site. We are in a contest and I am already ten pounds down. However, I think that was a lot of water and want take off at least another 20 pounds.
