I've been blessed... never had a weight problem, and people get irritated at me for being thin. But whether you are a size 0 or a size 20, you don't want to outgrow your clothes, which I have done in a bad way. Need to get the thighs and butt jiggle under control. My main problem is being "skinny fat;" I am small, but there is no muscle or stamina anywhere near my body. All soft flab, all over, all the time. Need to muscle up, especially since I am just turning (ugh) f-o-r-t-y. People can be as "hot" at [that age] as in their 20s, and I want to be one of them. Good bye, belly flab!
