Sloppy week. Couple home made recipes with calorie estimates on portions. Couple reeses peanut butter cups I forgot to record.
Lots of snack chips. Not eating a lot during the day, snacking at night still under RDI and 2,500 calorie goal, even with slips. But I was lucky to be down 1 lb.
Need to have a good week next week.

Did not record all my food. Restaurants, guests, no labels. Maintained weight. First week without a loss in a long time.
Have been hungrier during the day. Need to watch protein intake, cut saturated fats and kill the snacks at night. The end.
Refocusing on diet. Had been focused on exercise.
