Newbie - How do I find a Buddie?
Just beginning on You on a Diet program. Over 50 and have 50 pounds to lose. I have a lot of belly fat from stress (I believe). Work full time then go home and take care of eldery father and disable brother. Not sure if I have time to exercise. I believe I need to rev up metabolism somehow. Any help is appreciated.
