Loving my powdered PB Fit and some goat cheese I got at the store- so much tastier than expected! I had no idea there was a recipe for a type of pb/chocolate dip either~tasty things same low calories and good nutrition, score :)

Actually weighed 163.8 yesterday so I guess somewhere between starting a yoga class during the first day of school, eating taco bell (not such a great idea) and going to the gym I lost 2.6 lbs somewhere along the way- not totally sure how but I'm not complaining.
I've been drinking more tea lately to help flush my system, there's all these tea detox commercials online but I figured why pay for it when I have tea in the cabinet? I've just been drinking a cup to a few cups a day for a while, and it's kind of nice... it helps without having a coffee maker too as far as caffeine withdrawals and headaches go. I can't really say whether it helps slim you down or not, but I know the crazy homemade monkey bread this past weekend didn't.

Got invited out to dinner yesterday and still made it to the gym afterwards :)
I ate a lot of awesome but apparently super dense carb/fat food... so I didn't really lose any weight but I didn't gain any either. Guess I can't complain about that lol...
My plan to regularly go to the gym and follow fitness models and various motivation groups on social media definitely seems to help keep me excited about going-- I'm still working on counting what I eat and eating as cleanly as possible.

I'm actually back down to 162 again... there was some fluctuation this week due to a pre-planned surf and turf outing but on the plus side it gives me extra motivation for my gym time. Hopefully I can find some sort of routine, along with prepping my own food so the scale continues to dip.
(Although if I'm gaining muscle and losing fat I don't mind at all)
