meal replacement shakes
I use herbalife meal replacement and their protien. I like very berry. I add water and a couple pieces of frozen fruit. Two shakes a day give 50% of my protien and it is plant based which is healthier than dairy. I get 25% more protien from animal and the other 25 from dairy. I eat a balanced healthy dinner and healthy snacks in between meals. Herbalife plan has you eating about half your body weight in protien and drink half your body weight in water. I stay full and have a lot less cravings for carbs.
