I do exercise 6 days per week rope jumping during 20 minutes and making muscles' activities with weight one muscle per day. For example: Monday-Legs, Tuesday-Arms. Wednesday-Rest, Thusday-Abs, Friday-Chest, Saturday-Rest, Sunday-Legs.
