I'm ignorant please help
I'm pretty happy with my success as far as weight loss especially because I'm not doing much physical exercise. So far all I've done is look at the amount of calories I was once eating which was a whopping (3000 calories for lunch and then again for dinner no breakfast) and now I'm eating about 1800-2200 Calories a day. But I want to learn how to eat health along with keeping my reduced calories. My biggest fault is I don't eat Chicken, Fish, Ham or Turkey. More less just red meat fruit and vegetables (I'm trying to force my self to eat better) So what I'm asking for is meal ideas. School me in nutrition and support thanks guys
