I tried pilates (sp?) today...not a big fan but that is because it is hard. I will conquer!!

Vacation was excellent! I may not have been able to hit the gym but I did not EVER go off my diet and I walked approx 2 miles each day, including the billion stairs to my cottage. I know I spent at the minimum of 400 cals in exercise.
I also swam quite a bit, about 1 hour 3 days in a row...whatever that may burn.
Yay me :)
Holland is beautiful btw.

Lost 2" off tummy this week! No pounds lost though!!!
I am on vacation until wednesday! So, I don't have internet, maybe not...not sure.

Lost a random inch around my tummy today--I wanted to measure myself to see if I had lost anything since I couldn't measure/weight myself last Saturday :)
