Had killed my back two days ago...I don't know what the PT did to me but I could hardly walk up stairs...I literally had to keep my back as straight as possible. I couldn't even sleep. I told her that when I was doing the weight exercises that I felt all the pressure on my back and not my legs...then *poof*, really really sore back next morning.
I am hoping it is just the muscle and not something more.
Glad to be back to feeling like eating :)

my bust and hips now are equal...my waist stayed the same this week :)
Waist: 42"
Hips: 46"

Kind of P.O'd that the scale isn't moving at all. Losing inches is nice but....i wanna see some weight loss

This is such a great website. If you e-mail the guy he will answer questions. Don't be all weirded out by it's lack of color and what not...it gets to the point. He was so nice as to review my daily food and gave me some pointers on things to change...such as eat more calories (ick) but I will try it. :) (There is a weekly newsletter as well)
