Did a 7 day detox eating plan from my personal trainer that was alot of fruits and vegetables, no carbs, caffeine, sugars, proteins. I was able to add those back today. Now to start eating foods in the Low Glycemic Index range

Today it starts, I begin a month (2x/week) of personal training and nutrition with a trainer at my gym. Hopefully this will get me back on the "straight & narrow" again.
