Sigh.
I just wish that I could commit to Weight Watchers. But it just isn't happening.
Maybe because I've finally hit dieting rock bottom and am ready to take the plunge into Intuitive Eating?
I've tried several times in the past, and I've always let diet mentality creep back in before ever truly becoming an intuitive eater.
I still am too scared to really try it at this weight.
I think that I will wait until I'm down to 160 pounds, and only 6 pounds overweight. Then I will give Intuitive Eating another go.
For now, I will either stick with Weight Watchers or calorie counting and try to lose about a pound a week.

Starting a new FS challenge... For anyone who think that they can lose 25 pounds by mid-February (about 30 weeks).

Tonight I ate most of the rest of my AP/WP, so I'm hoping that the next three days I am able to control myself and stick to the dailies.
I would love to have a big loss on Sunday. And by big, I mean anything above a pound. 1.1 would count, LOL

I'm on week 3, day 4 of Weight Watchers. So far, I'm loving being back on plan.
I still am struggling with overeating the first two days every week. Having all of the weekly points really messes with my head! I feel like I have permission to overeat until they are gone. I know, that's not how WW intended those points to be used, but it's what I'm struggling with.
I have tracked everything this week, and I still have several activity points left for wiggle room. I am hoping for a big loss in week 3.
So far, 2.2 in 2 weeks.

I'm so ready to finally get down to 135. I don't care how long it takes this time. Last time what hurt me was my impatience.
Also, I'm dedicating this weight loss journey to my mom, who died two weeks ago. In her honor, I will be kind to myself and be the healthiest that I can be.
