I'm on week 3, day 4 of Weight Watchers. So far, I'm loving being back on plan.
I still am struggling with overeating the first two days every week. Having all of the weekly points really messes with my head! I feel like I have permission to overeat until they are gone. I know, that's not how WW intended those points to be used, but it's what I'm struggling with.
I have tracked everything this week, and I still have several activity points left for wiggle room. I am hoping for a big loss in week 3.
So far, 2.2 in 2 weeks.
